This was one of the nicest and best presented accommodations we stayed at during our three week South African tour, the stay were always friendly and attentive, quick to accommodate ours and the groups need, the suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, and we just wish we had more time to sit on the comfortable sofa, the bed was so comfy we had one of our best nights sleep, the bathroom was huge, with a lovely bath, and great toiletries. The biggest accolade we can give is would we would return, definitely.

Absolutely outstanding food during our dinner. We were not hotel guests, just there for dinner. High-quality pizza and other menu options. Very friendly and cheerful service. Highly recommended.

Its close to B&B's and Hotels at Addo Elephant Park, food was excellent. One reservation from us was not noted and there was no seat for us in the restaurant on one evening. A waiter had nothing to do and just stood around constantly biting his fingernails, not a pretty sight. Another waiter served a dish with a large lid on the plate, the lid fell to the floor and he did not replace it. Even if the floor was possibly clean this kind of service is unacceptable for a restaurant of this kalibert. He should have gone back to the kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this upmarket hotel, and my overall experience was nothing short of impressive. From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail in the property’s presentation was clear. The building and its facilities are maintained in excellent condition, with every feature and amenity in perfect working order. The ambiance of the hotel strikes the right balance between elegance and comfort. Common areas are tastefully decorated, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. My room was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed to provide both luxury and practicality. Everything from the lighting to the air conditioning operated flawlessly, adding to a truly seamless stay. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the food. Quite simply, it was the best I have experienced in a hotel setting. Each dish was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. Breakfasts were generous and varied, lunches were flavorful and satisfying, and dinners offered a perfect mix of local specialties and international cuisine. Service throughout my stay was good. Staff were polite, professional, and efficient, making sure requests were addressed promptly. While there were no standout “above and beyond” moments, the service was consistently reliable, adding to the comfort of my visit. Overall, I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined experience with excellent amenities and outstanding food. While I rate it 4 out of 5 stars—simply because perfection leaves room for a little extra magic—it remains a destination I would gladly return to without hesitation.
