I am always so stressed when my children are staying at bnbs etc. This is not the case at Tide Waters! I know they will be safe, and its really really clean and beautiful, and the guests are ALL V.I.P's. Go on.. book your stay, you wont regret it xoxo

Tidewaters is a very beautiful and modern place. Our room was very neat and tidy, very private and secure. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. However, our room didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly. Also there were bat dropping in the room, as well as on the walls, not very hygenic especially when travelling with a baby. There was definitely a rat in the ceiling which made a huge noise every night. The windows didn't seem to be cleaned and there is not much ventilation in the room besides the windows. Opening the windows is also a problem because of the monkeys we experienced. Also not very welcoming for someone going on vacation. We knew that it was a self catering bnb but atleast getting a welcome message or something would have been nice. Everything seems so limited. We only had a drop of dishwashing soap and the coffee, tea and sugar seemed as if was taken by different eating places. There was literally only a few pieces of wood. A place that has potential but it woul d be nice to just have a little bit more. The room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly, and we found bat droppings both in the room and on the walls, which is not very hygienic—especially when travelling with a baby. There also appeared to be a rat in the ceiling, as there was loud noise every night. Also making the place a bit more family friendly would help. Putting a railing by the deck would help especially with kids. The windows did not seem clean, and ventilation in the room is quite limited, with only the windows available. Unfortunately, opening them was not always an option due to the presence of monkeys, which made the stay less comfortable. While we understood that this is a self-catering BnB, a small welcome message or gesture would have gone a long way in making us feel more at home. The provided essentials also felt quite limited—there was very little dishwashing soap, minimal coffee, tea, and sugar, and only a few pieces of wood were available. This is a place with great potential, but a bit more attention to cleanliness, comfort, and small guest touches would really improve the overall experience.

Good morning. I just had one of your people in a tidewaters branded car give me the middle finger when I hooted at him for pulling out Infront of me and then proceeded to drift on and off the road. This happened in edge road Bcn bay. Great hospitality
