Absolutely terrible place. It is dirty, you are lucky if you get hot water and parties at all hours of the night, making it nearly impossible to have a good night sleep! Definitely would not recommend, sleeping in your car would be better and wash up at the nearest filling station. NOTHING boutique about this dump!

My husband and I visited this restaurant for a quick drink and bite to eat before a wedding. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance, and despite a slow start with no one initially behind the bar, we were eventually attended to. Unfortunately, the special chicken burger we had our eyes on was not available, but we decided to try the Russian and chips instead. To our pleasant surprise, the food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, our experience was a mix of initial delays and swift adjustments, but the tasty meal made up for any inconvenience. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the promptness in offering an alternative. If you're looking for a cozy spot with good food, this restaurant is worth a visit.

Worst service by the "general" mabager ever!! We went to drink a beer but being served a 750ml beer, we were told that we've got 5-10 minutes to finish our drink and we were told by the 'cocky manager' that we were supposed to know about taxi's waiting for the personnel and that we must take our beer and just leave. Just wondering...At the end of the day... Isn't it the clients money that pay's the staff's salary?

Fantastic staff nothing too much trouble. safe parking with personal gate control. Delicious breakfasts classic English buffet etc. Affordable great Pub lunches plus option to order pizzas etc. I travel constantly and would recommend this hotel recently renovated without losing the classic turn of century feel.
