A great place with neat and beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The fireplaces were especially appreciated and kept us warm whenever it got chilly. Thank you to the entire team for the thoughtful gestures in between throughout our stay and for making our experience such a pleasant and memorable one.

No one to receive us at the reception, eventually found someone. Poor lighting in the room, ants in the bathroom, razors and pads in the bedside table, loose basin tap, also one of the taps where very difficult to open and close, a safe with no key, tiny TV, no WiFi code in the room had to go back to reception to receive it and anain no on was there... Not worth the money! Even at reduced wedding rates!!! Took forever to respond to my e-mails!

A great spot for a winter stay. Loved the surrounding grounds for morning walks. Staff were very attentive our needs and accommodating to dietary preferences.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Assegaaibosch Country Lodge! The staff are excellent and super friendly. The Lodge is tranquil and perfectly suited for any occasion. Such a beautifully charming establishment. I look forward to returning again soon.
