The hospitality and the warm welcoming by Jonathan was out of this world, he even went all out to give us a free game drive where we saw all the wild animals

Absolutely loved my stay. We went on a school outing as the school's senior prefects and the staff was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious and the rooms themselves were great. I give this resort a week deserved five stars for a reason, and I highly recommend it too.

Our group of 5, plus additional parties using Roydon as a base for birdwatching in the area, booked the managers house: we had 2 towels. Water pressure was too low to shower for 2 of 3 days. When we arrived, we thought there had been a monkey raid: there was rubbish everywhere on the stoep. Braai not cleaned, outdoor toilets neither. Other parties reported various problems with their cottages (especially showers). We saw more cattle than game. The receptionist (Johannes?) and giraffe were friendly, and birding was good.

Nice place, Stayed in the self catering units! Enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice venue and facilities. Went on a hike and saw some nice animals Girrafes Zebras.. Loved it!
