What can I say. The best experience of a lifetime. The management and staff was excellent. They did get out of their way to please everyone with a smile.I would never ever spoil my vacation on going elsewhere. You just can't go wrong. Everything was done with a smile and friendliness was out of the books. Well done The Palms Cradock,you deserve much more than I can give. What a wonderfully experience and many more to come.

We had our first stay at The Palms and it will definitely not be our last! It is very conveniently located, close to town but tucked away enough not to be bothered by noise. Our room, The Blushing Palm, was beautiful and spotless when we arrived and it had everything we needed. It was also bigger than we expected with a gorgeous big bath and overhead shower. The venue and garden is absolutely gorgeous and such a treat to walk around in. The host is fantastic and very friendly and her communication was excellent. The Palms is on our top 3 list of favorite overnight places we visited so far! ☺

We had our year end function at The Palms today. The table setting next to the pool was inviting and very beautiful. Some of our staff members enjoyed the cool water of a very impressive rock pool; whilst the others relaxed under the shade of the trees talking and having a nice time. The meat was barbequed to perfection and the salads were divine. We would like to thank the staff of The Palms for their wonderful service and delicious food. I can highly recommend The Palms. The beautiful surroundings and friendly staff really proof why The Palms have a five-star rating.
