Running Waters provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Applause to Ruan who coordinated everything so well and took the time to remember names. The wedding was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the delicious pumpkin fritters they were a definite highlight of the menu! I also want to give Running Waters a well-deserved 5 stars for ensuring that guests with food allergies were so thoughtfully accommodated. As someone who values allergen-friendly dining, I can honestly say this was the best accommodation for food allergies I have ever experienced. The care, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.

From the smallest details of every meeting beforehand and reassuring my concerns, from checking in the morning of the wedding by Riette and Ruan, from the perfect organisation of each step executed by Ruan and the girls, to Clinton coming to personally check in on us and the guests and even offering to pack our food we couldn't finish! We really have been blessed with amazing vendors and we cannot thank you enough for making our day run as perfect as it did. The venue was just exceptionally gorgeous and Riette did an amazing job! I absolutely adored our flowers and my bouquet was perfection! I couldn't recommend the entire team enough! Thank you again to each and every person that was involved!
