I was actually very impressed with how traffic was handled by the bike rally held there recently. I couldn't really see the show grounds properly as it was night time and I didn't go in but my overall impression was much more positive than I expected.

Was here for an all night event on the 26th December 2019. The grounds were well maintained, the organization was on point, the space is gigantic, enough and hygiene abolition was available, the lighting was visible and there was enough dumping bins. I'm not sure if the security came with the venue or was is provided by the event's team but it was superb. Pietermaritzburg can learn a lot!
