The service is absolutely disgraceful. The manager’s attitude is absolutely pathetic. She has no etiquette or professionalism whatsoever. No customer service even though we had a private event for our school’s Grade 7 learners. After paying R50 000 on entrance and lunch and more than R2000 on cooler boxes, I still had to endure an argument with the VERY RUDE security guard over me drinking one can Red Bull outside the premises, as if I had to put that Red Bull in another cooler box to pay an extra R100 to be able to drink it. It is understandable that people can not drink alcohol in the parking area, but a RED BULL!!??? That’s pure greed. The manager has no way of hosting, or speaking to people. When you ask to see a manager, it’s like asking for the Queen of England, because employees are to scared to call her. The customer must go to her after much deliberation. This place’s service is PATHETIC. Having a beautiful venue means nothing if customers can not be hosted with the hopes of them returning or recommending the place.

I had a wonderful experience with my family, I booked a night on Christmas eve and Christmas lunch on Christmas. The hospitality was amazing, lunch went beyond my expectations, main meal and deserts were 👌🏾. My only problem was the TV in my children’s room, it wasn’t working. But overall I will definitely visit again or recommend people to try it.

Great for team building activities with games like putt putt, target shooting,braai facilities, pool, massages etc. Nice food. Great staff

A beautiful outdoor nature and entertainment park for families with Kids. It's so neat, clean and well maintained with a few activities. On the day we visited was a sip and paint for adults and paint for the kids in the smaller conference room. Putt Putt, Quad biking, Two pools for the summer, outdoor play space with jungle gym and slides for the kids. Great outdoor braai space too.
