Excellent accommodation, outstanding service, a fantastic guide, and an owner who shared the fascinating story behind the creation of the reserve. It was both highly informative and truly engaging. An amazing place that I would be delighted to visit again.

Wonderful accommodation, incredible food, warm and friendly people, breathtaking nature, and beautifully trained, exceptional horses… I want to thank each and every member of the staff individually. My heartfelt thanks to Dominique, who prepared the program and patiently answered every question I had; to Suzi for her amazing meals; to Wiseman, Martin, and Lindy, who took great care of me throughout the week and trained me; to the lovely volunteers Selina and Delphine who accompanied me during the rides; and of course, to my beloved horses who rode beside me—Shadow, Baron, Karoo, Eklips, Magic, and Whirlwind. We always wanted to visit Moolmanshoek, as we have seen footage that we thought if we find ourselves in the area, it's a must visit. Sadly, our group was disappointed, I think it's overrated, firstly the reception by Dominique was just plain rude, unfriendly and bias/snobbish. As we were travelling with out doggie, the whole surrounding area is dog friendly, but we were requested to leave our dog in the vehicle, whilst having a breakfast, if you are a dog lover it would be frowned upon to leave a dog in the car, specially on summer say. We do respect no-friendly places, but the attitude and way of handling this, is not welcomed. The only thing we were sorry about was entering the establishment, to enter, an underwelming drive for 30 min, breakfast and drinks for 5 adults and 2 babies cost us 2k+, so sorry will not be back We sugguest Dominique work on her customer relations to avoid losing guests.
