Wow wow what a rude person the ower is!!! That man has no respect or regard for the people whom brings his bread on his table ..he was so rude shouting with lack of empathy..his son Teboho who is a lier ..I feel pity for the stuff of real time...those people are horrified by the ower they cannot talk to him..... we booked a hall over the weekend for a birthday party of which we were told the hall comes with 32 chairs and 2 tables, and that party can continue till 22:00 we had booked with Teboho ( the owner'son)who explained all that to us... however we did not get anything in writing we requested email prior but no one could assist us in that regard.. on the night of the party after 20:00 we still had guest at vanue we requested the extra chairs that comes with a hall. Jooo the man (owner ) was supper rude and refused to give chairs .. in the mist of the arguments and all he called his son to clarify the matter and asked him telephonically if he has told us we could stay here till 22:00 not 20:00.. his questioning was directing his answer of which he denied telling us 22:00 but 20:00 lier......I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE PLANNING TO VISIT THABANCHU ..CHECK THERE A PLENTY PLACES ARROUND. REAL TIME ITS BIG 👎

HORRIBLE service in a beautiful establishment. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had from an owner managed establishment. There is an obnoxious Thabo who claims to be the owner’s son and a Thabang who seems to know nothing. They both seemed intoxicated, in fact Thabo left his glass outside when he came to assist struggling Thabang. The room (6) they gave my wife and I was tiny - can’t even open the door fully, the bed is right there. A person walking outside can see you whilst you showering, I had to jam the sliding door curtain with door to create privacy. Can’t take a dump comfortably the toilet is so small, gotta spread legs wide in order to fit in. The bed was a rickety cricking boat. The carpets were last washed during noah’s flood - I suspect people smoke in those rooms. Staff attitudes and lack of attention to detail will be that places demise. Pity I didn’t read the reviews before making the booking as it was recommended by the friend we were visiting. Such a disappointment!

What a shame ! Disappointing management. Booked on the 25th Nov 2023 together with my wife and paid for both accommodation and breakfast. I told the guys I will be eating at 07h30 in the morning. To our surprise, when we get there at 07h30, food is not ready.We were told told to wait for 1 and half hrs, which I refused. Then they would escalate the matter to the so called owner/ Director who would refund us on arrival at 09h00. Nothing happened, then we would be repaid on Thursday, nothing happened. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go spend money there. It's a shame. They just don't care about the customers and how they feel.

What a horrible experience we had. From Ben give a filthy room with a strong bad smell, the carpet had white dirty trace all over. After asking for a clean room I was given another room but everything escalated from 0 to 100... they will switch the hot water on for few minutes and then off until you go to complain, and the electricity was off for 2 days... AND WE STRUGGLED TO GET THEM TO HELP US WITH ANOTHER RECHARGABLE LIGHT, WE USED OUR PHONES FLASHLIGHTS. The remotes were not working and we had a hisense remote whereas the TV was a sunsui brand. The bathroom window had no blinds or any sort of privacy measure. Thabang was a great help though. He tried helping us but nothing was productive My issue is the Owner, why can't you get backup power? Why do we have to ask for hot water? Why do we have to be given options to use other rooms to shower instead the one we allocated in? Why is your stuff so unorganized, they don't value your customers. The lady who sits at the entrance she's terribly HORRIBLE... ONE DAY SHE WILL MEET SOMEONE WHO WILL SORT HER OUT...SHE NEED TO RESPECT GUEST. IN A NUTSHELL, REAL TIME FELT LIKE IM IN A HORROR MOVIE, EVEN PASSAGES WHERE VERY DARK, I WILL NEVER GO THERE...
