It's not just value for money; it's also very tranquil and practical. It has a lot of things to keep children occupied. The swimming pools are great as well, including a heated one by the restaurant. The food is fresh. Totally loved their chicken strips and pure beef burgers. They don't sell alcohol on the premises, so be sure to bring your own. Their shop has wood and ice at reasonable prices. We opted for a chalet, but they have very good campsites as well. It is family-run, so you really feel welcomed. Dominique communicated with us at every turn before we arrived, so we were up to speed in terms of what to expect. The chalets very clean and are fully equipped with what you'll need, but it depends from person to person. Their game drives are worth it, obviously not like the Kruger, but Mr Andries Van Der Merve (Guide) makes it very interesting. You'll also get to see lions Close-up on the drive, and other general game.

Hi fellow campers, it's the first time that we have visited this caravan park after been invited by friends. We were 5 couples that ventured out in the cold. 31st July 2026.What an amazing reception we received, friendly and professional. The park has level stands with tap, electrical point and a stand braai. The game drive was excellent and alot of information was given. Thanks. We really enjoyed our stay thank you. I will recommend this camp to all. 🙏

We visited Tava Lingwe with my wife and kids and must say the service of the reception was the first great wow . He was genuinely passionate about his Job and made us feel at home. The room was excellent and parking was ample. We tried the heated pool, that was clean and perfect temperature. The cold pools were working well and clean. We played put put and the put put area is well kept and clean. Awesome way to relax with the family. Hiking trails are also something to try. Only down side was the bat that started flying around in your room when we switched off the lights. That scared the kids. Otherwise excellent place with excellent facilities. It exceeded my expectations and it's nice to see a place that actually looks way better in person. Thank you to the hosts and for making sure it is a world class Game lodge experience.

I was camping. Stands are very well kept. Only reason re. four stars for location is due to the resort's location in relation to the provincial road, which can be a nuisance, especially at night. All the facilities as advertised by the resort are available and are presented in excellent condition by Dries and his team. Of particular note is Tava Lingwe's staff's focus on excellent customer service. Thanks Dries, Tava Lingwe is at the top of my camp list.
