I inquired about hiring this venue for a baby shower and had a very unpleasant experience. I was taken aback by how unprofessional the response was. I asked a simple question about hiring the venue on its own without any catering equipment and I was met with an abrupt and dismissive reply — I was asked “where must I put my tables and chairs.” As a potential client, I wouldn’t be expected to know the venue’s layout, we expect basic guidance — not sarcasm or attitude. A simple, polite explanation (for example, that the venue already includes tables and chairs) would have been more appropriate and appreciated. It is the responsibility of the venue to communicate clearly, professionally and in a respectful manner. It’s unfortunate, as interactions like this can easily discourage potential clients. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way in the events industry especially when people are planning special events. First impressions matter, and based on this experience, I would not be booking or recommending this venue.

I had my bridal shower at this venue this past weekend and i m nothing short of amazed. Both Bennie and Shirley were phenomenal to work with, extremely accommodating and helpful, they went out of their way to make it a truly pleasurable experience. the venue is absolutely stunning and the decor was pure perfection.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful venue, Bennie and Shirley are a pleasure to work with, met once, they understood the vision, made it come to life, caterered the function, food was delicious.
