Rooms are spacious. I stayed in room 230. The only downside is that, from the bedroom, you need to go through lounge and dining area to get to the bathroom. The massage was fairly ok, and the Jacuzzi session very nice. Food was delicious, we enjoyed.

Words cannot explain my full experience at this hotel. Never have I been made to feel more welcome, heard, cared for or looked after. They bent over backwards for my guests and I, fulfilled our every wish and promptly solved all of our problems. Bonus is how close they are to the airport. This is a stay that I will never forget. A month ago I booked my husband and myself in at Anew hotel OR Tambo for couples massage and stay. We did not have a great experience and vowed never to return. I like giving people a second chance so we went again. WOW, what a wonderful experience we had everything was so professional from arrival to departure, supper, room with wine, fruit platter a view and a comfortable bed big wnough for 4 people. Lovely supper and breakfast. Needless to say we will most definitely recommend this hotel as the manager John and staff goes above and beyond to assist to your every need. Spa was once again a winner and jacuzzi temprature perfect. Thank you for a lovely room with beautiful views and exceptional service. From arriving to departure was just perfect. I’ve come several times. The last time my room in reception area had mould everywhere and got me sick from her lack of ventilation. The hotel has no hold of guests. Noise and unruly behaviour persists. One is forced to call reception repeatedly so that they attend to loud noise. This literally means zero sleep for you. Even though you are conferencing. You sleep with noise and wake up with noise. Room has a leaking tap. Broken bathroom window. No bath tub drain plug in the room. Dirty shower tiles. Sliding door in room is hard and can’t open normally. Tracks of door looking damaged and full of debris. No pedestal on side of beds. Just one in the middle. Room smells like paint. Walls have not been painted properly. Clear marks on the walls showing painting is unfinished. Housekeeper staff loud during their rounds. No consideration of guests. They scream as they move in the corridors. Children from another delegation, not properly guided on communal conduct in the hotel. Would not recommend at all!!
