A wonderful experience! Very pleased with the way Samantha planned my daughter's wedding. Everything went well. Excellent food & the harvest table was well-presented & a welcomed feast whilst the couple went for their photos. Thank you to all the staff involved in making it such a pleasant experience!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our black tie event, and we were blown away by the exceptional service and stunning atmosphere! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt special. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with impeccable attention to detail. Medley House is a true gem! The moment we stepped foot in the venue, we knew we were in for a treat. We received countless compliments from our guests, and we can't thank everyone (Samantha and her staff) enough for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this incredible venue!

Now this is the most beautiful place with the best service. The lady running the show Samantha is out of this world. She and her staff definitely go the extra mile for her guests. It was my 1st time here, but it was definitely not my last. I will highly recommend this little piece of tranquility to everyone. The selfd catering units are so beautiful and comfortable. If there was an option for 10 starts, I would definitely chose it

I have an issue i booked the venue in the Medley House on the 30th of November for my 40th celebration. I paid the full amount and even booked 9 rooms for my guests to sleep in. Some of my guest checked on on the 29 Nov and the rest on the 30th Nov. There was a refundable deposit of R1500. Now the owner is saying I broke the toilet when I found the toilet not working there was a dark blue towel behind the toilet because water was coming out. The room that the owner gave me was not the room I have booked, she gave me the honeymoon suit the day I checked in, saying it was a gift. And mind you I started paying the deposit in April and I wanted that honeymoon suit but she refused. Samantha the owner made my celebration a nightmare..... After she received my 1st deposit, communication became poor, but when I watzup her regarding paying for my birthday she would respond but when it regarding the preparation she was nowhere to be found. My sister called her in the 1st week in November furious that she doesn't communicate and as a host I'm not informed about everything. She then called me after a few days for me to see the table setting and communicate about the party. So my check in was 30 Nov and check out 01 Dec, after my check out I called her numerous times and left watzup, but she never got back to me. So today 4 Dec I called with a different number and she answered and she is telling me stories about the broken toilet. I want the owner to pay back my refundable deposit back. I feel that she is scamming and dishonest.. The treatment we got was racist. She should have not accommodated us in the first place. She is after the money period ,😡😡😡😡😡
