Nestled in the heart of the Sandton CBD, the venue is suitable for any occasion from a formal business function to a banquet for 400 guests or a casual family gathering. The facilities available to members and their guests ensure an intimate exclusivity not possible in any commercial venue. The Club Rooms are ideal for any function, from a meeting for 10 people, to a dinner for 100 guests and cocktail parties for 150. The spacious room has large doors that open out onto the upstairs terrace balcony overlooking the polo field. This grand function room is managed by the highly respected and well known 'By Word of Mouth'. The company offers a one-stop-event shop with exquisite food selections and a complete event management service. The Polo Room is ideal for both corporate and private functions. The room with its terrace lawn and views of the polo field is flexible and can be transformed to create spectacular weddings and banquets for up to 400 people, festivals and exhibitions and even conferences for 600 delegates. The Chef... What a wow. What a wow. The food was amaaaaazing. This is by far the best secluded open air even space I have been to. I highly appreciate the quality of all members working there.
