Rooms are pretty basic but there were no 2 pin plugs. You'll need to bring one yourself Pool and entertainment areas close at 5 so kids were bored from that time

Administration very poor, booked a place 3 months before the event and only found out that date is booked with another person few weeks before my date, very disappointed.

I have visited red cap before and it was very clean and a nice place to visit, but the experience this past weekend was awful. It felt like we were at a desert, the place was so dry, not taken care of any more, the geyser was leaking, the kitchen cupboards doors were falling, before there would be enough utensils to use in the kitchen, but this time the kitchen was empty, it was only us in the entire lodge, and that's we suspected that maybe the place is not looked after and people stopped booking there, One chalet, the electricity kept going off, and the Portuguese guy that works there was very rude, the only person who tried to make our weekend worth while was Tiny, the house keeper. I don't think I will ever book at red cap again , after visit the place 5 times and enjoying myself

Before place was well taken care of but now it's totally dead. Service very poor and rooms were awful.
