I went for a business seminar, and only for half a day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. It is a good venue for weddings, be it small or large groups. The security was good and there is a safe parking area.

Quiet and relaxed area..beautiful gardens where you can hear the birds all the time. Beautiful spacious rooms, elegantly furnished, modern bathrooms. Little bit lack of maintenance led to aircon dripping directly on the upholstered headboard (causing a smell in the room) The plug in the bath doesn't seal properly, one is not able to take a well deserved relaxing bath. Rooms were very clean, but they might take some time to defrost the fridges. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in really comfortable beds with good quality linen.

Rooms - stench of damp carpet in the rooms, not advisable, I would recommend that management look into this as it’s not pleasant. - TV is 32 inch, should really be upgraded - no bar fridge in the rooms - hardly any pressure in the showers - shutter doors are difficult to open and close Service - room service do not answer the call, it takes a long time to get through to reception too - internet was down for half the day, management seriously need to look into this Location - location is excellent and garden is beautiful There is room for improvement especially with the bedrooms and service. It’s in a isolated area But a short drive, and you can go to a bakery or restaurant The place is more like for conferences the way it is set up But as for holiday retreat, maybe it’s OK if you have a couple of kids because there’s plenty of room to play The pool is a good size in the rooms are quite nice But it lacks charging ports as my USB port will not working properly Rooms are spacious and cable tv great
