The South African Library Week event was exciting. I think that some learners, actually all learners who attend events like these must be enticed with sweety little things in order to retain their, learner's, attention spells. A word of advice to organizers is that if budget constraints are an ìmpediment to them, let them source out sponsorship from local companies and communities. Account to all stakeholders involved. By so doing It is my humble believe that the communities affected will positively participate.
