We had a wonderful experience at Lakewood. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and every request we had was attended to promptly and with genuine care. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality and for making our experience so pleasant.

At the end of November 2025, we hosted our year-end function at this venue, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. They adhered to all our requirements—and went above and beyond our expectations.

What an awesome venue for many different types of events. This venue has a very new contemporary design, toilets with sprays and they are spotless. This venue is boastfulling beautiful and can handle large groups of people. Plenty safe parking aswel.

I would rate Lakewood Hotel 0/10. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for basic professionalism or respect. It felt like customers are treated as a nuisance rather than valued guests. There was a complete lack of accountability and poor handling of even simple customer interactions. This level of service is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to operate in the hospitality industry. I strongly advise others to avoid Lakewood Hotel, as the experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and far below any reasonable standard.
