This place is like home to me. It's quiet. It's serene. A haven of peace. Very friendly service from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. Stayed there in winter the beds have electric blanket to keep you warm. For the aviator depending on the runway in use at OR Tambo International it's ideal for "bird watching"... ✈☺

I got the most terrible reception at this place. The staff was extremely rude. When I tried to make a booking, the person said they were fully booked without even asking me which dates I wanted. I must say the way I was dismissed had a great racist undertone !!!!

What an amazing place! It’s like being in Paradise not to far from the city. Rooms are top notch management is always available and the staff is friendly and well trained. Well done to Fifie and Philip you guys rock

Awesome to stay there.. Room cleaning services are wonderful.. TVs Mostly aren't working properly (signal extremely poor).. WiFi signal is very weak in most rooms.. Food is great but the caterers aren't sensitive to hygiene.. Flies around food and on the tables sometimes, Fingerprints in the plate (assistants in the dining room would dip their finger inside the plate when handing it to you - very inconvenient) - they're friendly though, so I think it's ignorance and insensitivity..
