Attended a confirmation service here, parking inside Yard is limited ..but ample space outside

I recently visited Kagisanong Hall, commonly known as Lewisham Community Hall, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hall appeared dirty, and the restroom conditions were unpleasant with a distinct unpleasant odor. Surprisingly, there were no visible security officials, and the lack of proper ventilation made it unbearable during hot weather. I cannot recommend this hall, and it seems to reflect neglect by Mogale City Municipality, raising concerns about the management of public funds.
