What an experience of world standards service I enjoyed during my stay there. Well organized reception, clean rooms accompanied by classical services, and the food during breakfast, lunch and dinner were just 😋 👌. Pst! I also experienced a full body massage, another experience that I believe that it was just what the doctor ordered, thanks to Stef and company. I understand why this is my company's first choice of conference destination, you'll never go wrong.

I was there for a meeting and everything was good, from the breakfast to lunch, unfortunately, I could not make it for dinner as I had to travel back home. The tea breaks and everything was maintained very well. I happened to see the room as one of my colleagues was booked there, so the rooms looks very nice and spacious and the views are great. From that room, the view was of the golf course, but not sure if it is the same for all other rooms. It is situated within the residential area, so access into the place is not very easy as there are a lot of turns, but that is a good thing also because that means there is less traffic that is happening around the hotel. I'm even thinking of booking privately to explore the place more.

This was my first visit to the Fairway Hotel & Spa, and overall it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone, from the hosts to the servers, was warm, friendly, and attentive. Their hospitality created an atmosphere that felt both professional and sincerely kind. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. One of the things I appreciated most about the property was the location. The hotel feels tucked away in a peaceful, secluded setting, which gives it a calm and tranquil energy that is perfect for rest and reflection. If I could suggest a couple of enhancements, it would be the addition of a signature hotel scent throughout the property and an upgrade to the TV system to allow guests to Chromecast or stream directly from their phone apps. Many memorable hotels have a subtle, luxurious fragrance that greets you when you walk in and gently follows you through the lobby, hallways, dining areas, and even the rooms. It creates a sensory experience that guests remember long after they leave. Similarly, the ability to easily stream personal content to the television has become a standard convenience many travelers appreciate. The Fairway Hotel & Spa already has the hospitality, comfort, and serene environment. Small upgrades like these could elevate the experience even further and make the stay not only relaxing but truly unforgettable. I also thought it was a lovely touch that guests who stay for a week or longer receive a complimentary bottle of wine along with a platter of fruit, crackers, and cheese. Small gestures like this add an extra layer of thoughtfulness to the overall guest experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my visit and appreciated the care shown by the staff.

It is a very beautiful place, the staff is very friendly. We were there for their buffet, their food was really good you get your money's worth. The R340 for a 3 course meal is quite reasonable there plenty of food and the flavours are good. The lamb was a bit dry and blend. The flies were a bit of a problem , they were on the serving stations and on our tables. They were not a lot just that one or two flies that was everywhere. Overall the place is great, beautiful and I loved their staff very friendly and available when needed.
