Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and that is entirely thanks to this incredible venue and their outstanding team. The setting was absolutely breathtaking — every detail, every space, every backdrop felt like it was made just for us. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was! The staff were professional, warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt so supported throughout the entire planning process. Their communication was excellent, and they made what can be a stressful time feel effortless and exciting. The atmosphere on the day was perfect — elegant yet welcoming, romantic yet relaxed. Everything flowed seamlessly, from the ceremony to the reception, and we were able to simply be present and enjoy every second. I can not recommend Journeys Venue enough!! Our wedding was 14 June and it was honestly a dream come true! Absolutely stunning venue! Decor was everything I wanted. Lydia!!! Without Lydia I would have been lost, nothing is too much effort for Lydia. You ask her to rather do this or move this or change than and she gets it done no questions asked. Lydia is absolutely amazing and such a Gem! Myself and my bridesmaids stayed over the night before the wedding and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation is perfect for the night of the wedding. The beds we extremely comfortable, only had an issue with hot, water in some of the rooms but not the end of the world. The food was absolutely incredible!! I am still hearing from my guests how good the food was, good job to the chef! Thank you to everyone involved at Journey venue for making our wedding day unforgettable!!

Journeys Venue gave us the most beautiful fairytale wedding we could ever have dreamed of, and we truly cannot thank Hennie, Elize, Lydia, and their incredible team enough for everything they did for us. When we arrived on the morning of our wedding (2 May 2026), everything was already absolutely perfect. Every detail was exactly the way we had envisioned it, and as a bride, being able to simply arrive, breathe, and enjoy the moment without stress was such an incredible gift. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful, and the showroom gives couples so much freedom to create a wedding that truly feels like their own dream brought to life. The food was absolutely spectacular — truly some of the best wedding food we have ever had. The chef completely outdid themselves, and at one point our guests even gave a round of applause for the meal! People are still talking about how delicious everything was. What stood out most to us, though, was the warmth and kindness of every single person working there. From the chef, to the bartenders, to the waiters, to the cleaning staff, to the groundskeepers maintaining the beautiful property — every person was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. You could feel the care and pride in everything they did. The accommodation was also lovely, clean, and comfortable, and all of our guests were incredibly happy with their experience. Journeys Venue is truly something special. Our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had, and we are beyond grateful for the love, effort, and passion that went into making it one of the best days of our lives.
