⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A heartfelt thank you to Samantha & Glen at Plantation Café for making our son's 21st birthday such a memorable and beautiful celebration. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding. The food was absolutely divine, the décor was elegant and beautifully done, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Your attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. A very special thank you to our wonderful hosts, Samantha & Glen, and to your talented son, Reese, for keeping the celebration alive with great music and energy. Our son, Tumi (DJ Yoyo), was truly inspired and absolutely thrilled with his 21st birthday celebration. As a young man with special needs who is passionate about DJing, this was more than just a party—it was an opportunity for him to showcase and launch his craft with confidence. Seeing the joy, excitement, and pride on his face was priceless. Thank you for helping make his dream come true. Where is the manager of this place? Venue with soo much potential, yet soo poorly managed and worst bar / refreshments service. I arrived before 2pm, I was told the barman is off, because there was an event the night before, yet I am here for an event and there were 2 other gatherings too - the venue had more than 150 people, yet the venue failed to sell us drinks. Even when lunch was served, there were 2 waitrons taking drinks order. I finished my lunch waiting for my drink order, and even after walking to the bar, I was not attended to. Now, it is after 6pm, on a winter night, yet with all the heaters in the venue, we are left to embrace the cold. Wow!! Plantation Café - You can do better!!!

We had our company year-end function here. First impressions were very poor as parking is very limited. Most of us had to park on pavements and on the street. It was very disorganized and unsafe. Inside, the venue is pretty and was beautiful decorated. There is poor ventilation and even with a couple of fans, it was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The venue and staff are not suited for a large group of people. Queues for drinks were unreasonably long and unpleasant. Starters were served at tables by too few waiters and in a most disorganized fashion. Half a table was served while the other half watched us eat. The waiters then started with other tables and we had to keep asking them to come back and finish serving. Food was late and cold. It was supposed to be lunch, but our last tables were only dishing up around 4pm. When I dished up, the food bowls were almost empty and there were still 4 tables coming after our table. Later, they brought out some new food trays, but by then it was too late to go back. It was a disappointing experience.

I attended a babyshower there and the service was great. The food was absolutely amazing(starters and main course), I thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress who was assigned to us was very helpful and served us well throughout the entire function. I would consider using Plantation Café if I want to host an intimate function. Great service all round👌🏽. The only thing that I was not happy with is the fact that they do not sell/serve mocktails, which is a pity but I'd still recommend the place.
