Amazing view and good food catered in the mornings. Terrain is neat and tidy and safe the whole time i felt safe. Cabins are well stocked with equipment so you wont be getting cold

This felt like a school camp or a place you'd go as youngsters to just sit around and not really care what your facilities ate like. You have to pay to have linen which I feel is a bit of a cheek but they give you a pillow without a pillow protector (see image of dirty pillow). You don't even get a small bar of soap to wash your hands (you'll be using your shower gel for that). We paid for the use of area Station but the teabags were damp and I could taste rooibos on my 5 roses and some coffee came out in clumps! (Oh and we got plastic spoons, very professional). The washing up liquid was in an old shower gel bottle (I'm all for recycling but this is tacky). The blankets were the scratchy cheap kind.The wardrobes were metal army style cabinets that didn't close properly. The bath mat and tiles had black mold (see pics). One plug socket in the kitchen didn't work unless you held the kettle plug in place. There's also no where to lounge which one wants to do when reading a book on a retreat so we went across and used the hotels pool next door which was the best part of the trip. I don't think it's worth your money or time.

Camping at this place was one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve had with my friends! 🌿⛺️ The atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing — perfect for relaxing and escaping the hustle of everyday life. What stood out the most was the staff; they were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. The wildlife made the experience even more magical. We saw baboons, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes roaming freely around the area. And the nearby waterfall was simply breathtaking — the sound of the water and the view were truly calming and beautiful. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique and memorable camping adventure surrounded by nature and wildlife. Definitely a place to revisit! 🌄🦓🦒💧

Very well maintained area. Passed through on my way to hiking 🥾 up the mountain 🏔️. The 6 km is for the well prepared. It is exceptionally beautiful hike with uplifting uphills and downhills. It is one every nature enthusiasts should at least consider as a bucket list. The nature is so natural. On the peak of the mountain ⛰️ Johannesburg can be seen. It is an experience worth partaking. Keep up the good work to all the people who take care of this biosphere and river; the trails and walk ways. It shows the upkeep is done by one who loves nature and visitors.
