It's a beautiful place but the service is not so great. I booked and paid in advance, when we got there, they were not sure about our booking, they didn't know Britney whom had handled my booking. Eventually they were able to see my name on the list. When I wanted fish combo, they did not have hake 😞. Why insist on pre-booking if you won't pre-plan?

We took our mom for the Mother’s Day buffet and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the food was not ready and dishes were brought out little by little throughout the service. The meat options were limited, served cold, and not enough for the number of guests despite bookings being made in advance. We were also surprised that salads were not included and had to be ordered separately.Virgin strawberry daiquiri was the worst I've ever had. It was our first buffet experience there and sadly it did not meet expectations. Our mom was also disappointed

Worst experience. Came here for mothers day buffet lunch. I am writing this an hour later waiting for our drinks. We are even done eating but still waiting. Reception service was zero zero . Terrible. Left waiting to be sitted 30 mins with no communication. I would never ever recommend this horrible place. Buffet Food was cold. No warmers. Do not ever advertise a mothers day lunch ever. Terrible terrible

So hubby had booked for mother's day lunch .what a BAD experiance!!! We got there to find we were sitting outside .they had bit mentioned this at the time of the booking. When we got seated the bench he sat on broke. From there I knew things were gonna go south . When we went to check the buffet the guy assisting by the dishing did not even know what was in the dishes. How do you start a lunch service without all the food on display as yet .NO salad even .eventually I ate with what was there. Dessert nightmare they served and ice cold mulva pudding where the cream had even made a boarder on the rim with instant custard. Most of the time there were no cutlery to use when dishing the coffee and tea's station had no hot water or milk never mind cups to make coffee in .This place does not know service and needs to stick to the spa.im not seeing this place ever again !!! You spoiled my mother's day !
