You can tell a lot by how staff treat each other and their customers. There is genuine and visible care and love for all who enter this space. The attention to detail makes staying here a delight. The food is incredible and the atmosphere one of calm and peace. This hotel is home away from home for me for a few days every month. I am grateful every time I leave.

Decided to stay here for one night after making booking at their so subtle restaurant. We were not left disappointed, a beautiful hotel with a lovely setting and great amenities. All the staff were very professional and friendly and the food and service from the restaurant was phenomenal. With the location of the hotel being conveniently located near the highway the only downside is the drone from the traffic. For us however in our room with the windows closed it was not apparent. Had a slight issue with their spa as my wife wanted a treatment done and there was a bit of a communication error but this did not affect our overall experience with our stay here. Well done to the entire hotel staff for an enjoyable experience, will definitely recommend Menlyn Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a stopover stay in Pretoria

I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything that I needed. I’d definitely return if I’m in the area again for work.

Very very bad experience , we had booked for a couples spa treatment, no one showed us around upon our arrival , no complimentary drinks were offered, no gowns offered we just did the massage thereafter as we were getting dressed we were told to be fast / quick because there was another couple waiting to use the same room. We were also told that they had done us a favor because they had actually squeezed us in .I had called the facility the previous day and they informed me that they were fully booked for couple treatment but will give me a call as soon as there was a cancelation, indeed within 30 minutes they called me and thats how I managed to secure a booking . Would I go again 👎 No value for money
