What a great place! We booked a table for 20 people at very short notice, and from the very first enquiry, the service was exceptional. The entire booking process, planning, and communication with the manager, Sheldon, was effortless. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went out of his way to help make everything run smoothly. On the day, the staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was fantastic, and we had an absolute blast! 🎉 I can't recommend Shooters highly enough. If you're looking for a venue with amazing service, a great vibe, and a team that genuinely cares about making your event special, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

This place is absolutely amazing! game's, customer service and affordability is on a 100%. The staff are the most welcoming and make you feel like you are part of the Shooters Family with no doubt! I had went there for the first time and they treated me and my partner like we had been there many times before. Find yourself the following people to make your night amazing : Adam and Amberose. They have so many games of enjoyment that it places you in a spot of not wanting to go home at the end of the day. Go and check it out !! We had our YAFSA event here, and it was lovely. The music was a bit too loud, but I guess it was okay for this kind of environment. The staff was amazing, especially Nontobeko, who was assisting us with the games. She was very friendly, and helpful. The food was great, I definitely recommend the loaded fries with bacon, their burgers are great too!

I called Mal earlier telling him I was looking for a cozy spot to read and without hesitation he invited me over and promised good vibes, chill reading spots and games afterwards. It was my first time at the mall so I was completely lost but he stayed on the call the entire time guiding me step by step until I got to Shooters 😭 Long story short he showed me around, made me feel super welcome and genuinely made sure I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was great, the company was even better and I’ll definitely be coming back :)
