August 2026 5* Stayed at the hotel during my business visit. It was short 3 night stay but I got the opportunity to experience room and conference facility. The hotel is located in Sandton area, one of the clean and safe area in Johannesburg. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel offer free shuttle if you are going within 5 km radius. This is nice facility. Rooms are generally good and spacious. There is working desk and TV. Only complaint is about restroom as there is no proper shower. You can either use bathtub or head shower. This is challenging if you don’t want your hairs to get wet. Restaurant is good and breakfast has plenty of options. Food quality is good at the place. Conference food was great too. I requested staff to change clothes before going to airport and they allowed to use the lounge. Really nice service. The place is fully accessible and well maintained. Big parking area if you have vehicle.

My 1st time staying in the hotel! I always liked the architecture! Triangular shape! Like cascades! Just 10 mins away from Sandton city n Gautrain station. As I walked out of the taxi the concierge was helping me and guiding Me to the desk. Ladies were polite and friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and warm! I super like the crystal wall separating the bathroom n bedroom! Super cool! Service was 10! I asked for a iron in 10 mins was there on my door. Beautiful gardens and pool! My regards and thanks to the waitresses in the bar. They really help me with my stomach problems! Thank you Kudos 👏 👏 Totally recommend it! Definitely I will repeat the experience!

I did not sleep there. We fundamentally had an event at the conference section for two days. I was able to be a day visitor over a period of three days. So, I gave them a five star rating because of the location (pretty much Sandton Central), by the major routes (Rivonia and Grayston) and next to the major malls/shopping centres. It is also within walking distance from the Gautrain. So, it should be easy for you to get around. Also, they seem to have all the basics a good hotel would need such as parking, staff members on the floor, good food and (a) restaurant(s).

Our visit to the Maslow Hotel to enquire about reservations and bookings for our upcoming event was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the events coordinators. Instead of receiving assistance and guidance, we experienced a lack of willingness to help with even the most basic enquiries. The staff appeared uninterested in assisting us, which made us feel undervalued as potential clients. The overall experience left us feeling undermined, disregarded, and disrespected. We expected a warm, professional, and customer-focused service, especially from a hotel of this calibre, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the level of customer service provided to future guests.
