Beautiful place😍. Friendly and helpful staff👌 Breakfast was very nice👌 The road to the guesthouse VERY VERY VERY BAD🤢🤮.

The place itself is undeniably beautiful and clean, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Breakfast is decent, but that is where the positives end. The staff are ice cold and unwelcoming - asking for something as simple as directions to the dining room is met with rudeness and attitude. Guests are treated as though they paid less than R100, when in reality the stay costs well over R1,000, leaving you with the sense that they are doing you a huge favor simply by hosting you. The person who received us should not be in the hospitality industry at all; her cold, dismissive demeanor set the tone for the entire stay. To make matters worse, the roads leading to the place are a nightmare, turning what should be a relaxing arrival into an ordeal. Given the overall experience and the lack of basic warmth or professionalism, I honestly can’t imagine spending more than a single day there.

Security not tight, Second room door had a hole more like was eaten by rats or so. Supervisor rude to staff when we make enquiries.

Staff is welcoming, the place is clean and refreshing. Good for couple outing and for business
