Klip River Country Estate is a country venue situated between Vereeniging and Meyerton on the banks of the Klip River.

We are located just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but close enough for a convenient drive. Weddings at Klip River Country Estate are truly one of a kind thanks to our unique facilities and personalised service. Celebrate your beautiful day in elegance and charming simplicity. Our wedding package is designed to make your wedding as comfortable and stress free as possible, whether you are planning a small intimate morning wedding, or a weekend filled with celebration and togetherness. We pride ourselves in offering superior quality service. Our team with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm will ensure all your requirements are met. Our wedding venue consists of several halls to choose from, each one unique in style and to suite different guest numbers. The Loerie is ideal for small intimate functions with curtains and a high gum pole roof. The Woodpecker is a cosy rustic hall with reed ceiling, pendant lights, and a fireplace. The Hadida is ideal for an intimate wedding with family and friends, with stripped draping and fairy lights. The Kingfisher is our biggest hall for wedding celebrations. The hall has a fully draped ceiling and fairy lights. Our beautiful River Stone Chapel has a high thatched roof and river stone buttresses. We have an organ inside with an old-fashioned bell outside to announce the arrival of the bride. Our Gardens and Timber Deck offers several options for an outside wedding ceremony. Our amazing gardens, with natural “photobooths” is ideal to capture that moment in time that is unique as the Gardens itself.

Absolute perfection, team Marike, Zita and Morne were amazing. My wedding was the perfect dream come true, I could not have asked for a better team, venue and their execution of our day was phenomenal. I highly recommend this venue for any event.

5 stars is not enough. Marika, Morné and everyone involved, Thank you is not enough, you were amazing, professional and so in control, allowing my daughter to have the wedding of her dreams and for us to feel relaxed and to be able to enjoy every moment because you had our our best interest at heart. The venue is magical, the food out of this world, your faith in your photographer, well placed. Every interaction we had with you was handled with so much professionalism and your experience showed in how smoothly everything ran. This was a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you, and I will definitely continue to recommend your venue to anyone that is ever considering a wedding or any other function. You all have a special place in our hearts.
