I recently stayed at this place with my family and overall, it was a great experience! We booked 2 rooms and were happy with both. Ameera was hands on and friendly from the start and the facilities were clean. The place seems to be well kept and maintained. The check in and check out process are very smooth and swift. On a minor note, one of the rooms had a bad smell upon check-in, but it faded away as the evening progressed, not sure if the smell disppeared after switching off the AC or due to our senses adjusting. The only other thing was that there was a cat that seemed to be trying to move in with us , it kept trying to sneak into our rooms! 😂 Worth mentioning though that it was a very pretty cat, and very clean. Also obedient in the sense that it was easy to remove. Clearly someones pet. If you're somebody who loves cats then you probably wouldn't mind, but if you're someone like me who can't handle cats, a simple shoo away and the cat would leave. Despite those minor issues, we'd definitely stay here again. Good value for money and a great location. I would definetly recommend the place to anyone looking for accommodation in that area. Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a really unpleasant experience at Roshnee Game Park accommodation. The place was not clean at all — there were cobwebs hanging in the corners, food particles left on the couch, and the floors clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. To make things worse, the entire apartment had a strong drain smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. There was also no hot water during our stay, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, it felt like no effort was made to prepare the space for guests. I definitely would not recommend staying here until they address these basic hygiene and maintenance issues.

Stayed at the self catering apartments. Unit number 4. The place was dirty and had a very bad smell. Geyser did not work.

Wow. Wonderful venue for wedding and conference. Excellent venue for team building, corporate and school functions. The service by the owner, Rashaad was excellent. Cleanliness and peaceful setting.
