Two night solo work trip, from the amazing security..felt so safe and secure, to the luxurious rooms, the small touches in the room made my stay so special. Food is top tier, coming from an Italian. I know. C SUITE Executives would truly appreciate the quite, quality and general experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. The room we received was nothing like what was advertised online. For a place charging prices on par with high-standard establishments, I expected basic cleanliness and comfort at the very least. Instead, the room had a strong musty smell, the bin hadn’t been emptied, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or used properly in a long time. The worst part was finding a cockroach and even a spider on the bed, which left both me and my wife completely unsettled. The whole experience made us feel unwelcome, and it raised uncomfortable questions about how guests are treated. Whatever the reason, no one should be given a room in this condition—especially at these prices. It was raining when we arrived, yet no effort was made to assist us or even offer basic hospitality. As Black guests, the experience felt uncomfortable and made us wonder if we were given a room that other guests would not have been offered. Not impressed at all, and definitely expected far better.

We had an amazing experience at the lodge. The service was amazing from the time you get there till you leave. The room is so spacious with everything you need. They even give you some additional stuff. The breakfast was amazing, top quality and delicious, even orderd dinner from annas kitchen. The waiter William was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be back was treated like royalty whilst there. Amazing service.
