I got to spend a very special weekend at Granny Mouse Country House. The staff went over and above to deliver the best service, and went way beyond my expectations. The place is absolutely stunning, and the restaurant had served up some really tasty food. Thank you for the amazing experience Granny Mouse!

Great location and products used but I found the some of the staff to be untrained and lacking in effort. My back, neck and shoulder massage consisted of constant up and down rubbing that eventually made my skin hurt and no shoulder work was done after, I have had many massages in my life and this was honestly the worst and most expensive.. Also hot stones were applied so hot they burned my skin and made me flinch and she said nothing even though I was visibly in pain.. The results of the massage left me more uncomfortable and my shoulder worse off than before My nails were done with the least effort possible and the lady doing them was shaking and blobbing the paint on - this actually shocked me quite a bit - very unprofessional I felt like the energy was off and minimum effort was made even though we paid for full services We were charged for gel nails even though we only wanted paint, they didn't exfoliate or massage hands when doing the full mani which we paid extra for.. During the facial again we asked for a full 60min facial which they said they didn't do but charged us extra and added in 15min of Rubbing my scalp in one place until the skin was again raw and my hair was so knotted I had to drench it in oil that evening to get the knots out.. Very disappointed as this was a very special occasion which was dimmed down by our experience here

Granny Mouse has become our annual escape as a couple. Every visit feels special — from the peaceful setting and cosy accommodation to the consistently excellent food. The spa treatments are always top-class and deeply relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. It’s one of those rare places that never loses its magic, no matter how many times you return. Highly recommended for couples looking for comfort, quality and tranquillity. 💫

One of my favourite places to stay. We keep going back. The ambience is amazing. Deluxe rooms are stunning. However i feel the food options could be abit more. The wine tasting is a must. Desmond is the best.
