Located in a peaceful and serene space providing the perfect mountain vibes. Staff members from entrance to reception to games room were all extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to the kind lady cleaning the chalets, I forgot my wallet in the room when checking out this morning and she promptly returned it.. Activities are excellent for both kids and adults alike. Bicycles would benefit from some maintenance and/or replacement. The renovated chalets are beautifully decorated and the bottom and top balconies provide stunning views coupled with adequate privacy.. Linen and pillows are of a very impressive standard ensuring that you get a peaceful sleep. Bathrooms were spotless but unfortunately not revamped. Towels are due for replacement soon.. Overall an excellent stay and we look forward to returning..

I was really looking forward to a peaceful getaway, and while the location itself is beautiful with great views, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service is unacceptable and definitely not worth the money. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues — a leaking bathroom, cracked windows, a panel heater that doesn’t work, and the electricity tripping. In cold weather, this is simply not okay, and it was extremely cold. What made it worse was the response from reception. We were told to wait up to 24 hours for assistance, which essentially meant sitting in the dark and cold, far away from home. We were told that our issue (no electricity) was “posted on the group” instead of actually being resolved, that was very disturbing and incredibly unprofessional. And on their advertisements, they say they have back up power, our chalet definitely didn't have that. We only received an alternative heater the following day and the kettle was only replaced the following day. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable in a place you’re supposed to relax in is not something anyone should experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. The setting may be peaceful, but the lack of basic maintenance and customer service makes this a very poor experience. The restaurant serves great food and that was the only place where we received good customer service.

Breathtaking Views Beautiful place with some of the most breathtaking nature views I’ve ever seen. It was raining during my stay, but I still managed to enjoy it. The views are that good — rain or shine, it’s stunning. If you want a spot with scenery you’ll remember, this is it.

Got here on Sunday, It rained and was cold. Weather on Tuesday was beautiful. Did a small hike. A beautiful place to rest, relax and unwind. The staff are excellent, very accommodating and friendly. We were a few vegetarians and I must say the food was excellent. The choice of veg meals from breakfast to dinner was amazing. The chef Robert even accommodated us with a special Hawaiian dish, which was finger licking good. Thank you Little Switzerland 👌🏻
