Perfect family stay. The staff made us feel welcome from check-in, the room was very clean, and it was such a quiet environment to relax in. Breakfast was a highlight, and the swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. We had a wonderful time, thank you! Shout out to Mr. Kobus for his kindness.

Had the ultimate time staying there. They even provide you with beach towels incase you forget. Breakfast is Devine and always fresh. Went there with my family and I didn't want to leave. Highly recommended 👌

There are many issues I had with this hotel and here are a few: To start off with the short ones, the elevators are incredibly slow and not sufficient at ALL. For your information the breakfast is held on the top floor and to get down to your room with an elevator you have to wait 10-15 minutes standing just to end up in a overly crowded elevator. Breakfast was not good, for cooked eggs you need to wait in a line which generally is 10-15 minutes long. Now for the real issue. I booked two rooms which both mentioned it had a sea view in the amenities listed. When I arrived they gave us a room on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd, I got up to the rooms and the whole view was getting blocked by trees on the other side of the street. I went back down to the reception and asked for a room on a higher floor, they refused and told me all the other rooms were already occupied by people who booked before I did. I tried explaining how that doesn’t make sense and this counts as fraud and misrepresentation for false listing of the amenities. She replied to me with: We can’t cut the trees can we, what do you want us to do?’ Then the manager continued with telling me that the room was still facing the sea just not seeing it. I tried explaining how ‘facing’ and ‘seeing’ were completely different things but he straight up refused my explanation. I had no choice but to stay as there were literally no other hotels available. The next day we were moved to a higher floor which could see the sea. Not a single apology, not a single word of agreement. All they did was make me argue and try to explain as if I was talking to a little kid. Completely terrible higher ranking staff. I haven’t seen such unprofessional and under trained people in my entire life. I see more potential in the lady that poured me a coffee to be in the managers position. 0 sense of care in client satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and spacious! Lovely and friendly staff! The fact that they store your luggage if you have a late flight is a BONUS! Loved every second.
