Modest facilities, well tended for conference rooms, and the food was good. We had a productive meeting using one of their venues. The price is pretty affordable especially for those just setting shorter conferences. However, in this age of load shedding, we would want to see a conference venue moving towards use of alternative power sources to ensure the place runs smoothly all the time even in the absence of electricity.

As conferencing experiences go, it’s hard to imagine that one can expect anything fresh. But the management and staff of the Durban Conference Centre are just that, fresh. Fresh service, fresh ideas and best of all fresh and delicious food. Too often we turn to the so called big names but here you have a owner operated business that offers a personal touch to your event. I personally love the idea that the very people I deal with in pre-prod are the same people that are there executing the vision on the day. And this team delivers all of this in absolute excellence. I had the pleasure of attending a conference some time in 2019 at The Durban Conference Centre. I attend various conferences, events and workshops for ministry and for work. DCC is without a doubt one of the best in the industry. The level and quality of service is of an extremely high standard and the team is professional and always willing to assist.

The management and staff take pride in their service offering. Delicious food and comfortable venue. Try them. You will never be disappointed.
