About Durban Exhibition Centre

Situated at 11 Walnut Road, directly opposite the Durban ICC and jointly managed, the Durban Exhibition Centre is an extremely popular, multi-purpose venue offering a range of venue options at excellent value-for-money.

The two centres can function independently or as one combined island site, by closing Walnut Road, the brick-paved concourse between the centres.

We attended a fair at the DEC. Sufficient parking across the road. Venue was clean. Toilets were dirty. Well planned fair

Lots of space, great setup - wonderful Comrades Run 2025 experience. Parking across the road provided quick in and out access.

The shopping was great. Amazing food choices. Really disappointed with the ablution facilities! There was no soap available, even after asking the cleaner, I was informed that there is no soap to wash your hands. Really not impressed after paying a R30 entrance fee per person. Facilities should be top notch!
