The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the plug next to the bed didnt work also the guest soaps need work but it is very conveniently located. Overall it wasnt bad and has very competitive rates

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located spot. After confirming the booking twice during the week of arrival, the lady at reception was not aware of our arrival on the Friday, then asked how I would be paying after my payment confirmation was received over email. Needless to say, the room was not ready at 14:30 when check in is 14:00. Maybe some staff training is required, like knocking on doors before entering. If light sleeper, try not book in the main building close to reception - the staff get noisy for breakfast prep. Breakfast was cold first morning, when asked to warm up, the plate was hot but breakfast still cold… A hair dryer in the room would be great, the mirror is a little low in the bathroom

I recently had the opportunity to visit this serene and homely venue for a corporate meeting, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the bathrooms are luxurious, making the entire space feel comfortable and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during our time there. There's also an on-site spa and beauty salon , offering luxury facials, massages, pedicures etc Whether for a corporate retreat, family gathering, or even for brides looking to prepare in style, I highly recommend this place for its privacy, security, and overall comfort.

I attended a meeting at Fawncastle recently and was pleasantly surprised. Congratulations to Adam and team on a well run and newly renovated establishment. We did a tour and every room, dining & conference areas have been renovated and are all stunning. There was also ample shaded parking areas. The staff were all friendly and their service was excellent. Recommended to all business traveler's or families wanting an enjoyable & comfortable stay.
