The staff youthful and pleasant. Very affordable in comparison with competitors which are all in a perfect location. The hotel carpet needs a serious revamp this includes off white blinds. Despite housekeeping and maintenance efforts, the bathroom requires serious attention as there’s a distinct smell from the plumbing. On day 1, upon opening the tap inside the toilet, black particles came out(health concerns). Can the housekeeping team please pay attention to details as toiletry was available for one person whilst the room was booked for 2 adults and a child and cleaning timeously as at 3 pm my room was still not cleaned. The culinary team is exceptional. Breakfast is equivalent to 5 star hotel, Overall 3/5

We booked here last month and the receptionist on duty when we first arrived was unfortunately quite rude and gave us incorrect details about our booking. She seemed dismissive when we tried to clarify and it caused unnecessary stress and a delay at check-in. However, the experience was saved by the other guy Thaban. He was polite, attentive, and helped us sort out the booking issue . He kept us updated and corrected the mistake quickly. When we got to our room we found gifts and wines there, when we call at the reception the same lady drop the call while speaking. when we go down to the reception to ask about the things we found in the room, the same guy that help us attended us and apologize for the mistake and removed the stuff.

It was my second stay on the 8th floor, for me, it is always nice to stay as high up the floors as possible. Even though I was bummed with not getting a sea view room, the side view was not so bad. The ease to check-in is up there with the best. The house-keeping team is the best I've seen on my travels. What a great variety on the breakfast buffet they have. The draw back is probably being so close to Point, all that crowd from Point is loitering very close to the hotel. The parking situation as well is not so ideal, to get to the parking, one has to go through some of the not so clean areas in that building next to the hotel to get to their car. All in all, we had a good time. The hotel is certainly good for groups and it attracts trendy crowds.

I absolutely dont regret having stayed in this place. Its absolutely perfect in terms of location, spacious room, and the service. I think I am gona choose it again. I just wish they had their own pool. And the breakfast is good. But maybe introducing Zulu traditional meals once a week could leave a good taste of culture exchange. The wifi very good. Am just scared the building is getting old and some of the things in there need revamp. The bathroom kind non pleasing though fairly usable.
