Booked a few clients and we loved the place. The staff is on point always willing to assist. Buhle made sure we were taken care off and breakfast was amazing. Futhi is such an amazing lady from housekeeping, rooms are so clean. However, the place needs a revamp. The furniture is old and worn out, needs some new linen as well. overall we had a great stay, thanks to the staff at st.james.

Our stay was top class. Rooms very clean, bedding clean and comfy, lovely outside area. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Durban. Staff welcoming and breakfast is delicious. We'll worth the visit.
