A beautiful place of worship in a small but active lutheran congregation.

Spent the weekend at this wonderful retreat. The grounds are beautiful, lovingly maintained and cared for. The ablutions are spotless and our entire group had hot showers. The communal kitchen facilities are top notch and the staff are excellent, accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend a visit. The church itself is a very special place! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

I recently attended a wedding here a few weeks ago, I live in the U.S. so communicating with accommodation can be hard, but Elandsheim made it so easy! They were in constant communication with me and extremely helpful! We also stayed an extra night and were the only ones on the property, the staff were wonderful, so accommodating and kind. Everything you need here will be taken care of by their staff and you will feel so very welcomed.

I am a tour guide in Durban who specialises in the battlefields of Rorkes Drift and iSandlwana and travel to the area frequently. There are few places as exceptional as Elandsheim. Amazing personal service, great food, relaxed environment with lovely views and just overall a 5-star experience. My only regret is the more popular Elandsheim becomes the harder it will be for me to book!
