Absolutely amazing views with the sea facing rooms! Lovely environment, calm and peaceful. Our room and bathroom was spacious and had a modern look and feel. They are doing a great job with redesigning the spaces! Staff are always friendly and very helpful! Keep it up !

Rooms are clean, food is excellent. I prefer to work and eat in the room which you cant do here. Theres no room service, but the friendly sraff do phone you when the food is ready. No complaints, enjoyed the stay.

Sometimes a ocean view is better than a beach front, as is the case with Alante. With great views and a wide variety of rooms, it is ideally suitable for large groups or business travel. The staff are friendly and professional, and the meals are superb. Ideally situated close to the Galleria Mall, the main beach, and access routes to the highway. It also has a swimming pool on site.

Formal Complaint: Accommodation Experience at Alante Lodge (From: 04/07 – 06/07/2025) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This letter expresses our strong dissatisfaction with a recent stay at Alante Lodge, specifically regarding the quality of room allocation and billing discrepancies. Upon arrival, the allocated room(s) were significantly smaller and appeared less clean than depicted on your website. The quality of the accommodations did not justify the high price charged for a standard room. There was a notable discrepancy between the modern and high-quality images presented on your website and the actual condition of the rooms, which appeared outdated and lacked cleanliness. TV and WiFi was not even working to say the least... Furthermore, a significant billing issue occurred. We were charged twice for our two-night stay: once through the payment made on your website during the booking process, and again upon checkout, where we were informed that our initial payment was not reflected in your system. Given these issues, our overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. We cannot recommend Alante Lodge to others, as the provided services and room quality did not align with expectations set by your online representation.
