I had an amazing experience at Giorgio’s in Durban Toti and I want to give special recognition to Martin who was our waiter. His service was truly exceptional from start to finish. He welcomed us with genuine warmth and carried himself with a level of professionalism that immediately stood out. Martin was attentive without ever being intrusive. He explained the menu with confidence, made thoughtful recommendations, and checked on us at the perfect moments. Every part of our dining experience felt smooth and well taken care of because of his effort. It is rare to come across someone who combines kindness, efficiency, and such strong attention to detail. Martin made our evening memorable and elevated an already great restaurant experience. I highly recommend Giorgio’s and I hope others get the chance to be served by him.

What an amazing experience! Friendly and accommodating staff, always going the extra mile. The highlight was the Spa and it's hydro facilities. The ladies definitely know what they're doing, best massage I've had in my life! Room were neat and tidy, elegant and well stocked. I plan on becoming a regular at this place.

I had such an amazing experience today. I stayed for hours all alone and the service was honestly top tier from start to finish. My waiter was attentive, kind, and checked in without being overwhelming. He even lent me his power bank when my phone died, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Thank you so much Martin

I had a fantastic stay here. The setting, ambiance, service and view are stellar. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and roomy. In terms of value, this place is very hard to beat. And to top it off the restaurant is fantastic! I’ll definitely be back the next time in Durban.
