Stayed here in April 2025, it's a bit out of the way but rooms the are fair. The staff, however, were very helpful and accommodating to dietary requirements (even though the lodge doesn't necessarily prescribe to them).

This was a last minute booking that exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Room service brought us delicious meals that were very good value. Pork chops and mash, and a rump steak with chips.

Great atmosphere and service. Their meals are quite good, but please consider serving fresh veges with your meals. Last time I had frozen mixed vegetables until I left. Your breakfast buffet was excellent 👌 S/o to Mandla for his excellent bar service

My worst experience ever. The invoice was said to be not ready upon departure as the admin clerk responsible for it was not there! The contact number (landline) never gets answered whenever one calls, either during the day or at night! Their email address is not working! How I regret booking that lodge, and I'm at the verge of losing my job as the invoice is required asap!
