The beds were really comfortable, that was outstanding for me except the service we received. They could improve in that. Like readily have breakfast available for occupants - no need to take orders like it's a restaurant.

It's so loud. One come back tired after work to rest, but I can't even hear myself think. There are cars up and down, equipments off landing and on, people shouting and talking loud with no regard for other guests at all. You hear people's conversations, it's not sound proof at all but also guests are not reprimanded to consider others. Rooms, it's the 4th night, same pillow cases and bedding I arrived to on Sunday. They don't clean thoroughly. I left something to test, found it at the exact place. Either than that some positives, the room is spacious, big bed, has mini bar fridge and micro oven, kettle and many mirrors. I also enjoyed their shower.

Herewith 2 points of view: 1. Rooms was fine. It was ready when we arrived. 2. Service needs much attention! The staff everywhere were unknown as nobody wore a name badge. Kettle in the bedroom was out of order. Dinner was terrible because we were offered either roast chicken and veg or a rump steak and veg. I requested the rump steak and was given a t-bone steak. It was extremely thin - the knive edge was thicker than the steak. The meal was cold and had to be warmed after I asked that it be warmed. The barman seems to not have been trained to serve patrons. He brought the drinks in his hands and wanted to place it directly in my hands. I asked him to place it on the table.but there was no coaster and the table was messed. I will probably not stay there or in the town again as there are no alternatives.

Lalalapha was really amazing. The rooms were very clean and since we are in the middle of Winter, they had electric blankets so the bed was very warm. Oooh the food was out of this world especially breakfast. My omelette was one the best I've ever had. Also the ladies took good care of us. Thank you
