Good to know Wedding FAQs How many guests can you host? Up to 250 in the gardens for a ceremony or cocktail celebration, up to 120 seated under the marquee, and up to 80 seated in the Shaka Room. Is a coordinator included? Yes — every wedding includes a dedicated coordinator from your first viewing through to the last dance, plus our curated network of trusted suppliers (florals, photography, styling, cake, music and more). Can we get married on the beach? Yes. The beach is a five-minute walk away and beachfront ceremony setups are available, with your reception in the gardens. We can arrange chauffeured transfers for you and your guests. What happens if it rains? Every outdoor wedding has a wet-weather plan confirmed with you in advance — the covered Shaka Room and marquee tenting — so your day is never at the mercy of the weather. Can our guests stay over? Absolutely. Eight en-suite rooms and the honeymoon suite are on-site, with preferential rates for your wedding party — and your wedding night in the honeymoon suite is included with most collections.
