Excellent hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff. The food is outstanding.

The resort is beautifully maintained and immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The scenic views are stunning, and the peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially after a long day on the road. The bar and restaurant are thoughtfully designed, with charming fireplaces that add a warm and cosy touch, especially in the evenings. The food was delicious, with excellent quality and great variety. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and a destination I would happily recommend to others.

I am disappointed at the service i received today at ingeli forest lodge. Im a resident of Harding and I have been dinning at ingeli for many years. Celebrating birthdays Christmas luncheon. But recently thier service has dropped. Its appalling. I taught what would be a lovely birthday celebration for my friend turned out to be a nightmare. Our order took over 45 minutes and when the fiod arrived it was cold. Mind new we ordered lamp shank. The spinach looked and tasted like it was dunked in water. Tastless . The mash was horrible no salt tastless. Hot chocolate was cold. Everything was a distater.worse the manager Mr Thapelo informed us that as it a home baked cheese cake. It flopped so no cheese cake. I called the manager and asked him what going on as im so disappointed my friend birthday is ruined mind you there weren't many people dinning. He then said to me that he would no charge us for the waffles because ofthe service we received from the kitchen. Our waiter Sylvester was the only person who honestly tried his best. Thank you Sylvester for holding the fort. Nevertheless when i received the bill i was charged for fruit salad and ice-cream. I called the manager and told him i did not order fruit salad and ice-cream. He said to me that the HEAD CHEF refused for the waffles to be on the house so charge me R50 x3 for fruit salad i did not orfer. Mr Sanele Nabu. He was so aggrogant and so was the manager I am dependent on continues oxygen. I ask if they could hurry as i was left with 8% oxygen. I paid in full and i was patronized by the manager. Sorry Ingeli this is not the first time this has happened. I was served garlic bread that. was mouldy. I reported the matter with evedince but absolutely no apology. Most Harding resident are now going to Bs as ingeli standard has dropped . Sad to saythis but govt hospital food tasted better. The lodge is also not disabled friendly. Ingeli sorry but i rate you half a star. Your prices dont match your service and your food. Your head chef had no sympathy. My oxygen machine was running low. Please check your cameras and you will see. Im furious angered that your head chef kept me waiting knowing im dependant on oxygen. What would have happened if my oxygen level dropped. Once again you dont deserve 4 stars . Thank you to the LaVita ladies and Sylvester. Please Mr Armour do something. This is unethical

We frequently visit Ingeli. However the menu has been changed and fan favorites like their famous pizza's has been completely removed. We took friends along who had never been and things they would have liked to order were unavailable. On the other hand the adventure golf course was really fun and the bar area when finally opened was Cosy.
