We had a wonderful stay at Fordoun Hotel and Spa. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful — peaceful, scenic, and everything you’d want from a Midlands getaway. The staff were incredibly accommodating and managed to assist us on very short notice, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed a great meal during our stay, with excellent food and lovely service throughout. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

Worst facial experience i have ever experienced, unfriendly, mediocre customer service from the moment i walked in. Therapist had zero patience and knowledge of the dermalogica product, such a disgrace to such an amazing brand, i expected to me taken through a skin review before skin care but none of that whatsoever, i wasn’t even taken through products that were used in the process step by step, until i asked. Terrible attitude from that Therapist. Pity because the place is actually beautiful and has wonderful facilities. I would not recommend anyone doing their facials there at all!!! Especially not dermalogica because i paid for more than a thousand for that disgusting service

We had a fantastic stay at Fordoun! The room we were in was beautiful and unique! The whole area is beautiful and the spa was spectacular - especially the customer service. Mandisa and Lusanda gave us the most incredibly massage and pedicure. They were so friendly - cannot emphasise enough how great they both were. My mother also had an amazing massage from Lorraine and a lovely conversation with her. Must add that the food was also delicious, served by the lovely staff. What a place! Can’t wait to return! Stunning location… small faults i think they can work on… room service was not done with our room at 13:30 when we came back from lunch… the spa could use an upgrade on their locker rooms very small and cold… spa could assist by having 2 people in the same room who booked together… the dams have zero fish… no worth paying for at all… the restaurant was avarage i dont think its worth the price paid … service was very slow… upon arrival the service was great… just small issues that they need to focus on… i would not rate it a 5 star at all
